A straight answer before you pay anyone to rebuild the site

Contractor Website Score is for roofers, HVAC shops, plumbers, electricians, concrete crews, remodelers, and the other trades that live on the phone. The site you have might be fine. It might also be a Wix page from 2018 with no tap-to-call and a copyright year that makes you look closed. This tool reads the public page and says which of those it can see.

The score is a heuristic. It does not render the page, it does not time it on a phone, and it does not know how good your work is. If the HTML is a shell and the real copy loads later in JavaScript, the word count will be low, and the report says that. The checklist is the whole method.
